The first Broadcast TECH Young Talent Awards will take place in November this year and nominations are only open until next Friday.

The awards recognise outstanding individuals, who are under 30, working in technology and post production. Anyone in the industry can nominate staff, peers and freelancers.

Entries are being sought in the following categories: VFX, Engineer, Runner, Sound Technician (post and production), Online Editor, Camera Operator, Colourist, Lighting Technician, Producers and for Special Achievement.

We’re looking to see established success, evidence of ambition and a testimonial from an employer.

Nominees must still be under 30 years of age by 22 November. To submit an entry and for any other information please contact naziath.mantoo@mb-insight.com. Nominations close 4 October.

In addition to the special award ceremony, a supplement will feature the winners.
