Brief Provide audio and picture post for the Clare Balding-fronted gameshow that aims to find the smartest person in the country.

How it was done Online editor Jamie Home used Avid Symphony and Boris and Sapphire plug-ins to create some of the show’s effects, which included golden rays of light shining out from behind the contestants during their VTs to give them a ‘hero’ look.

Inserts for the show were graded by colourist Tim O’Brien, who used Baselight to create a warm look that would marry with the feel of the studio-based content.

Dubbing mixer Adrian Smith’s biggest challenge was to balance the excitement of a Saturday night audience with the occasionally serious challenges.
