Flare DVD has a new head of department after Katy Beetan joined the outfit from Universal International Pictures. She left her role as production manager for international product, saying that after 'a number of structural changes at Universal, this was the right time for me to go'. She joins as head of Flare and will be performing a managerial and a sales role. She will also act as production manager for Flare projects.
