BBC 3 indie quota will not set a precedent
Independent producers' hopes that the BBC 3 model of allocating 25 per cent of the programming budget to indie projects would be applied across the corporation were swiftly dashed this week when the BBC confirmed the move would be a one-off , writes Jane Marlow
