Cardiff-based sound house Bang has spent£150,000 revamping its main dubbing theatre and purchased a new Dolby Digital Licence.

The revamp, completed by Munro Acoustics, means the company can offer Dolby Cinema, full HD, Dolby E and Dolby Digital EX.

The mixing console has been upgraded to a Digidesign D Control ES. Multiple ProTools systems will be controllable from the desk.

Acoustic treatment and diffuser panels have been installed and tuned to allow mixes to transfer naturally to bigger cinemas.
