IBC 2013: Avid has pledged to build on its ‘Avid Everywhere’ vision at this year’s IBC trade show and exhibition.

Avid said it would also reveal “major enhancements” to its line of media enterprise solutions with announcements for on-air graphics, ingest and playback and shared storage.

Unveiled at NAB earlier this year, ‘Avid Everywhere’ is the company’s tagline for its aim of creating “the most fluid end-to-end, distributed media production environment in the industry”.

The latest versions of Pro Tools 11 and Media Composer 11, which were released in June, will also be on display.
