Angela McMullen is stepping down after a decade
All3Media chief financial officer Angela McMullen is preparing to step down from her role after a decade, Broadcast has learnt.
The former Liberty Global executive is understood to be departing for family related reasons and is expected to pursue a portfolio career including non-exec director roles. Her formal leaving date is yet to be set.
McMullen is a member of the company’s senior management team, reporting to chief executive Jane Turton, and has oversight of all financial operations.
She joined the super-indie group in 2015 from the European division of Liberty Global, where her roles culminated in her working as its managing director, operations.
Prior to that she spent almost 12 years as chief financial officer for Chellomedia and LGI Ventures and worked at Walt Disney.
McMullen is the first top-level exec departure since All3Media was acquired by RedbirdIMI for £1.2bn in May 2024.
In recent weeks it has been linked with a potential merger with rival ITV Studios, with reports suggesting the ITV shareholders would support such a move.
