Soho duplication facility Dubbs has invested more than£130,000 on an Alchemist Platinum Ph.C standards converter, along with a Sony HDW-2000P/I VTR to meet an increased demand for HD transfers. Dubbs financial director Julie Redmond explained that 'with the Alchemist converter constantly in use it made sense to upgrade to the Platinum from Snell & Wilcox. The Clean Cut 2 option ensures correct field dominance, which is especially important in DVD production.'
