Hot Shots 2022: Jacqui Baker

Working in TV is a second career for Jacqui Baker. From joining Spirit as a researcher, she has risen swiftly through the ranks and her entrepreneurial spirit has helped her excel.

Baker’s passion and commitment to the development process has led to two commissions and a paid development with a global streamer, which looks likely to go to series. Her credits at Spirit include How To Outsmart A, a true-crime series currently in production with C4, and Beyond A Joke, a documentary with Adam Rowe.
