Fin is moving into a new facility in Soho Square as it looks to become a full service agency.
The commercials producer, which now incorporates sister broadcast editing company Lightmill, which closed in January, is in the process of fitting out a basement office with graphics and editing stations, Flame, a Quantel Pablo grading theatre and a 5.1 Pro-Tools dubbing room.
When the new office opens on 1 July, the company will look to provide a full agency service from script to screen - including compliance - for programme sponsorship idents, commercials, pre-rolls for VoD, and virals work.
“After five years of growing Fin alongside Lightmill, we decided the time was right to realign and let the Fin brand flourish,” explained art director Darian Weir (pictured, right). “In Soho, we’ll match our post and broadcast principals and quality with the budgets being made available for new, creative commercial solutions.”
Andrew Newman (pictured, left), formerly of Unit, has joined the company as account manager.
