Brief Picture and audio post for 13 x 30-minute cooking series shot on location in Ireland in which chef Rachel Allen takes a culinary tour of her favourite places.

How it was done Liverpool Street Productions series producer Karen Gilchrist and director Emma Reynolds worked with senior editor Duncan Hart, using Avid Media Composer 8.4 for the offline, while VET managed the media from rushes through sound mix and grade to broadcast delivery. The series was shot on GoPro and Canon C300. Colourist John McMullin graded using Avid Symphony. He blended the Irish coastline and fluctuating weather with the colours of the various ingredients and dishes. The sounds of the ocean and sizzling pans were smoothed by dubbing mixer James Torrance using Pro Tools.
